Dial Rules

Official rules for the Options Funding Dial

Period 2: November 1 to November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Last updated October 20, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Buying anything from us never improves your chances of winning.

Buying an evaluation never earns a turn and never changes the result of any turn.

2. Promotion periods

The Dial runs in promotion periods. The current period, Period 2, runs from November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM to November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

After that, each calendar month is a period of its own, from 12:00 AM on the 1st to 11:59 PM on its last day, Eastern Time. Each period uses the wheels, values and terms on this page unless new rules are published here before that period starts.

Every turn has exactly the chance shown on its wheel.

3. What the Dial is

The Welcome Dial gives a new visitor to our website one free turn.

Each turn lands on exactly one prize from the wheel shown before the turn. A Boost is an offer: it takes money off a purchase you choose to make, so it is worth something only if you buy.

The Welcome Dial and the welcome offer do not open for a visitor whose price for every evaluation, with the sale running on our site or the link that brought them, is already at that plan's lowest price (section 8), because a Boost could take nothing off it. They open again when that price is above the plan's lowest price.

4. Who can take part

The Dial is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except New York, Florida and Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) when they take a turn.

The Welcome Dial is for new customers only: people who do not have an Options Funding account when they take their turn.

We decide where you are from the strictest of these: the location and type of your internet connection, the place you tell us you live, and any country on your account. If any of them is outside the eligible area, or we cannot tell, you are offered our welcome offer instead of a turn. A connection through a VPN, a proxy, a private relay or a data center counts as one we cannot tell.

A new customer who cannot take a turn, including visitors from New York, Florida, Rhode Island and outside the United States, may instead claim our welcome offer once: an extra 10% off their first evaluation, the same for everyone who receives it, with no wheel and no chance. It follows the Boost terms in section 8.

These people cannot take part: our employees and contractors and the people who live with them, and anyone we have barred from our offers.

A prize obtained with a false statement of where you live or of your age is void.

5. How to take part

Welcome Dial: enter your email address on our website, tell us where you live, confirm you meet the age rule, and press the button. Our server decides your prize and the dial then turns once on the page to show it.

To claim it, open the email we send and sign in with its link. That creates your account and adds the prize to it.

One Welcome turn per person within 400 days: one per email address (addresses that reach the same mailbox count as one), one per browser or device, and a limited number from one internet connection each day.

If the email address you enter already belongs to an account, we send that address a sign in email instead of a turn.

6. How a turn is decided

Our server decides each turn before the dial starts to move. It draws a secure random whole number and maps it onto the whole number weights in the tables below, so each prize comes up exactly as often as its weight says.

The wheel is drawn to scale: the share of the rim each prize takes up is its chance. The pointer stops at a random spot inside the prize already decided, so the motion never stages a near miss and never changes the result.

The odds printed next to the dial and on this page are the numbers the draw uses. Every turn is recorded with the version of the wheel it used.

7. The wheels and their odds

No wheel can be shown in the current period, so no turn can be taken.

8. The prizes and their terms

Boost (10%, 15%, 20% or 30%): an offer of an extra percentage off the price you would pay for one evaluation, taken after a sale, discount code, link or promotion you already have. It cannot be used with a reward code, a giveaway code, a Buy 1 Get 1 Free code or a code that takes 100% off, or on a Scale Pack. It applies to the first charge of one evaluation, and renewals are billed as they would have been without it. Use it at checkout while signed in to the account it was added to, on one evaluation, one Boost per purchase.

A plan's lowest price, in these rules, is 10% of that plan's list price. A Boost never takes the price of an evaluation below the plan's lowest price. If the full Boost would go below it, the Boost takes off only the part above that price, and checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. On a sale or code that already reaches the plan's lowest price, a Boost takes nothing off.

A Welcome Dial Boost lasts until 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the 14th day after your turn, and the welcome offer until the same time after the day you unlock it. The exact end time is shown on the checkout page when you choose an evaluation, and in the email we sent you. A Boost has no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, does not come back after a refund, and is not replaced once it ends.

Approximate value of a Boost: its percentage of the price you pay, down to the plan's lowest price, so it depends on the plan and on any sale or code you already have. At $47.80, the lowest price at which the Express Plan $25K evaluation sold in substantial numbers in the 30 days before this period, a 10% Boost is worth about $5, a 15% Boost about $7, a 20% Boost about $10 and a 30% Boost about $14. On a sale or code already at the plan's lowest price a Boost is worth nothing.

No prize can be exchanged for cash or for a different prize.

9. Taxes

Prizes are price reductions or a free evaluation, not cash. You are responsible for any tax on a prize. If the law requires us to report a prize, we will ask for the tax details we need before we hand it over.

10. Your information

We use the email address you enter to run the Dial, to send your result and your sign in link, and to keep each person to their own turn. US residents may also get one reminder about an unclaimed prize and one before an unused prize ends, each with a one click unsubscribe. We send other offers only if you ticked the box to receive them.

We keep a record of every turn and every prize.

Our Privacy Policy at optionsfunding.co/privacy explains the rest of how we handle your information.

11. Prizes we will not honor

A prize gained with a second identity, an automated tool, false details, or any other way around these rules is void. We may check identity and eligibility before we honor any prize.

12. Winners list

To ask for the list of free evaluation winners (first name, last initial and state, for winners who agreed to be listed), write to support@optionsfunding.co.

13. Changes and ending the Dial

We may change or end the Dial. A change applies only to turns taken after it is published on this page, normally from the start of the next period, and a changed wheel gets a new version. Prizes already given keep the terms they were given under.

14. Our Terms of Use

These rules sit alongside our Terms of Use. Anything these rules do not cover, including how a disagreement is resolved, follows the Terms of Use at optionsfunding.co/terms.
